Terms of Service | Shisha Charcoal Supplier

Terms of Service | Shisha Charcoal Supplier

These terms of service govern your use of shishacharcoalsupplier.com and every quotation conversation that begins here. The short version: all figures published on this site are indicative as of 2026, only a written quote issued by our BD desk constitutes an offer, and no commercial outcome is guaranteed. The full terms follow.

Effective date: 22 July 2026. By browsing this website, submitting the enquiry form, or contacting us on WhatsApp or email, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who Operates This Website?

Shisha Charcoal Supplier is a sourcing and export brand operated by Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We arrange supply of coconut-shell shisha charcoal cubes produced by workshops and plants in Java and Sulawesi; we describe production partners generically and do not publish factory names on this site. All business development, quotations, and contracts run through the Juara Holding Group BD desk in Bali.

What Do These Terms Cover?

These terms cover two things: your use of the website itself, and the pre-contract stage of any trade enquiry. They apply to every page, table, specification, and price band published on shishacharcoalsupplier.com, and to correspondence over WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) and email (bd@juaraholding.com) until a separate written sales contract is signed. Once a sales contract exists, that contract — not this page — governs the transaction.

How Do Quotations Become Binding Orders?

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Published price bands — for example, premium coconut-shell shisha cube FOB indicative USD 1,000–1,600 per metric ton (indicative, as of 2026, grade and volume dependent; a written quote confirms) — exist to orient buyers, not to bind either party.

Stage Document Binding?
Website figures Price bands, spec ranges, MOQ norms No — indicative, as of 2026
Enquiry Form, WhatsApp, or email exchange No — information only
Written quote PDF or email quote from the BD desk Our offer, valid for the stated period
Order confirmation Signed pro-forma invoice or sales contract Yes — governs the transaction

A quotation becomes binding only when the BD desk issues a written quote and you accept it within its validity window, normally by signing the pro-forma invoice and paying the agreed deposit. Payment norms as of 2026 — commonly telegraphic transfer or letter of credit, frequently 30% deposit with 70% against bill-of-lading copy — are stated in each quote and may vary by destination and volume.

Are Published Specifications and Prices Promises?

No. Specification figures on this site — ash content of 1.6–2.5%, moisture at or below 5%, burn times of 2 to 2.5+ hours per session under controlled conditions — are typical lab-report ranges observed across Indonesian production as of 2026. They describe what the market documents, not what we warrant. Contractual specifications, tolerances, and any per-lot COA requirements must be written into your sales contract. Logistics notes on this site — container weights, port options, transit times, document packs — are general guidance; confirm regulatory details, including tariff classifications, with your own freight forwarder and customs broker.

We do not guarantee delivery dates affected by vessel schedules, weather, port congestion, or seasonal demand peaks such as pre-Ramadan shipping windows, and we never promise resale margins, retail performance, or any other business outcome.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

When you use the enquiry form we collect the fields you submit: name, email, destination market, cargo details, and your message. When you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we process the contact details you share there.

  • We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, and manage any subsequent contract — nothing else.
  • We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not share it outside Juara Holding Group and the service providers needed to respond (hosting, email, messaging).
  • Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law 27 of 2022) governs our processing. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
  • If you contact us from the EU, EEA, or UK, we handle your data in a GDPR-aware manner: we tell you what we collect, use it only for the purpose you gave it, and delete it on request.
  • Send data requests to bd@juaraholding.com with the subject line “Data request”.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta; messages you send there are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

What Conduct Is Not Permitted on This Site?

You agree not to:

  • scrape, republish, or resell site content, tables, or images without written permission;
  • submit false enquiry details or impersonate another buyer or company;
  • use the enquiry form or our contact channels to send spam, malware, or unlawful material;
  • present our published indicative figures to third parties as binding offers from us.

We may refuse service, decline to quote, or block contact channels where these rules are breached. All text, tables, and images on this site remain the property of Juara Holding Group unless credited otherwise.

Where Does Our Liability End?

We keep this plain. The website is provided as-is: we work to keep figures current and date-stamped, but markets move, and we do not warrant that every figure remains accurate after publication. To the fullest extent Indonesian law permits:

  • we are not liable for decisions made on website information alone, without a written quote;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost contracts, brand damage — arising from use of this site;
  • for a contracted shipment, liability terms and any caps are those written in the sales contract, not this page.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud.

Which Law Governs These Terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes about the website or pre-contract correspondence are first raised in good-faith negotiation through the BD desk; if unresolved, they fall to the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali. A signed sales contract may specify a different forum or arbitration seat, in which case that clause prevails for the transaction it covers.

Can These Terms Change?

Yes. We may update these terms as regulations, payment norms, or logistics practice change; the effective date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes are posted on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
